2023 Governance and Culture Reform Conference

On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, the New York Fed's Governance and Culture Reform initiative ("Culture initiative") hosted an in-person, half-day conference on culture and behavior in the financial services industry. The program, which builds on past webinars and podcasts, dove into what motivates behavior and how to foster a learning culture within organizations, among other topics.

The Culture initiative is designed to foster discussion about corporate governance and the reform of culture and behavior in the financial services industry.
